WQ+2 (or Wilkinson Quints Show) episode number 8

I have a new video update on the babies! The thing I like most about this one is the smiles of each of them. It has footage from early March so it is a little old but it was fun enough that I thought I should share it. I really wish I could have had Riley and Kaiya do it but they were already asleep so I simply decided that if I wanted to do it, I needed to do it without them this time. However, I really hope to have them next time because they are really the best at it.

In addition, even though it doesn't have anything to do with babies, I'll include a fun (and really nerdy) video I made for work that was recently used to announce my company's participation in the FIRST Robotics league for high school age kids. The First robotics competition was started by Dean Kamen (inventor of the Segway) and helps kids get excited about engineering and science. My company is donating a whole bunch of equipment and wanted me to make a video that would, "Get the high school kids excited about the new control system they would be using to build their robots." Well, it is kind of silly but this was the result:

Omg they are all SO cute! I cannot believe they are almost 9 months old!! Wow! Where has 9 months gone?? I first read your blog the day before the babies were to be born! Wowy!

Please can I join your family?? You all look so much fun!

On another quint blog the mum has let us all ask questions in the comments bit & she then answered them. Maybe you could do that? It'd be great fun!

I think asking questions in the comments is a great idea. That would also possibly give me ideas on what to post about next.

Yes, that is actually my voice with some reverb to make it a little louder sounding. It hurt a little bit doing that.

I'm not sure if you'll be posting to say we can ask questions or not, so here are a ton of questions...

    1. Are the babies all sleeping through the night now?

    2. On the video of Riley & Kaiya announcing the names (which has to be the cutest video I've ever seen), Riley mentions he thinks Ryder will be his "favourite". Is this the case?

    3. How often do the babies wear the same/matching clothes? I guess that's hard to do with 5 as I'm sure keeping 5 babeis clean for more than 10 minutes is hard!

    4. Do you still have a lot of help during the day?

    5. What do the babies weigh now?

    6. Which two babies look the most alike?

    7. Are any of them crawling yet?

    8. How many teeth do they all have?

    9. Do Riley & Kaiya help out a lot?

    10. Do you have any pets?

I've been reading your posts from the beginning. I've a friend who a is member of the church who lives in Dickinson, who sent me a link to your page.

She and I have PCOS. She's had two children with fertility treatments. About this time last year I was diagnoised, I had read articles and suspected. I decided to loose as much as I could first. 50 pounds in 3.5 months, 20 pounds in the first two weeks on phase one of the South Beach diet.

Things got crazy. Husband teaching seminary, in a demanding career advancement program so again a FT student.

Funny thing is I'm in Primary Presidency, starting our own cub scout Pack, going to Cubs Day Camp all next week, then Girls Camp. At least the Youth Conference Hand Cart Trek was cancelled, we were doing registration. And then leaving to see family for two weeks.

Hubby's happy being done with seminary, so I'm happy. With the kids I'm sure you relate to crazy.

I'm back on the diet. About 12 pounds in as many days, again on phase one and feeling great which at times I haven't been. I'm on Metformin, that and the diet make you low blood sugar.

Having a family was the motivation. So this Fall we add Clomid. If that doesn't work after six months, we go to fertility meds or IVF.

So I've been keeping up seeing what my future may be like. Though I admit I'm considering IVF because of the risks and costs.

But ya never know when those darn eggs split!

I've finally been compelled to blog especially after the work video about the controller and about what is funny.

My husband is an Electrical Engineer. And that video is HILLARIOUS to me today. Maybe I'm just happy. We are having the Elders for dinner, volunteered to force ourselves to clean. A rarity, for the last many months.

It is just great relating to people. Especially when finding drivers/chaperones for Cub Scout Day Camp has fallen apart.

I think I watch the video again:)
